Vision+, the wide-span roller shutter slat
On a large bay, the difficulty is not closing the opening — it is spanning it. Past a certain width an ordinary slat needs an intermediate post or a visible reinforcement, which cuts the bay in two and spoils the view. Vision+ is certified up to six metres wide, so a sliding bay is covered by a single curtain with nothing in the middle.
Minimal box, more daylight
Vision+ is a minimal-headroom slat: for the same opening height, the box takes less space at the top. What is saved on the box is given back to the glass, and therefore to the light. On a contemporary façade it is also what keeps the lines clean, with no pronounced thickness above the opening.
Where it earns its place
- Large living-room bays, where a central post would be the first thing you see.
- Verandas and glazed extensions, where headroom above the glass is scarce.
- Contemporary façades, where a bulky box would break the composition.
- Renovation, where the existing lintel leaves very little room.
Ordered like the rest of the range
Vision+ takes the same colour range and the same motor options as our other roller shutters: Somfy wired, radio or solar, depending on whether power is available at the opening. It is made to the measurements taken on site and fitted by an approved installer.

Send the width and height of the bay, plus a photo of the lintel, through the quote form. If the span is close to the six-metre limit we will tell you before quoting, not after.
