Our Google listing shows 5.0 out of 5 across twelve reviews. What strikes us is not the score but who writes them: nine of the twelve come from building professionals — blind specialists, joiners and fitters who order from us for their own sites. A homeowner judges a shutter. A fitter judges an entire chain, from the measurement to the delivered crate.

The three things that keep coming back
Read the twelve reviews one after another and three words recur, and they are not the ones a brochure would choose.
- Responsiveness. Mentioned more often than product quality. A site standing idle costs more than a slightly dearer shutter.
- Being reachable by phone. Two customers say so explicitly. That is the privilege of a small company: when you call the workshop, you speak to someone with the file in front of them.
- The human side. It appears in several reviews, sometimes before the product.

Why so many professionals?
Because that is our core business. We manufacture roller shutters, insect screens and roller garage doors, and we supply joiners, blind specialists and fitters across the region directly. Private customers go through an approved installer, whom we help them find.
